1. Placing your order
1.1 You can place your order in several ways. Through
our online ordering system, by phone, fax or email. Diversify Ltd makes every effort to ensure that all of
these methods are fully working at all times. We cannot be responsible for
delays or losses caused by failures of any of the above methods.
2. Orders
2.1 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure
that the dimensions of the bed are checked before ordering goods. Each page on
our site shows standard sizes and dimensions. We are not responsible for
additional costs accrued to the customer by incorrect ordering.
2.2 Non-acceptance
of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
·
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
·
The identification of a pricing or product description
error.
3. Product Descriptions
3.1 Diversify Ltd attempts to be as accurate as
possible. If a product offered by the company is not as described, your sole
remedy is to return it in unused condition within 7 working days.
4. Delivery
4.1 Goods will normally be delivered within 7 working
days following receipt of order, unless otherwise stated. Please ensure that
all the details that you give us are correct, so that we can carry out our
obligation to you effectively. If you need something urgently, then please
email us, as there usually is some way we can help. If an order is late you can
email or phone us to bring about an enquiry. Wherever possible we will make
every effort to locate your parcel and effect delivery. You are required to
notify us within 3 days of receipt of your goods if the parcel is damaged in
any way.
We shall not be liable to you or be deemed in breach of
this Agreement by you for any delays in delivery beyond our reasonable control.
5. Shipping and handling
Items can only be delivered in UK. Free delivery.
6. Payment and Security
Payment
can be made using Debit or Credit card over the website or telephone. We will
take all reasonable care, as far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the
details of your payment secure. But in the absence of negligence on our part we
cannot be held liable for any third party acquiring unauthorised access to any
data you provide when accessing or ordering.
If you want to cancel your order please contact us immediately, if goods have
been despatched our Returns Policy applies.
6.1 Payment by cheque
If you pay by cheque, we will despatch the goods once
the cheque has cleared informing you of the despatch date.
6.2 Privacy Policy
We will treat all your Personal Information as
confidential. We will use your information only for the following purposes:

You should be

7. Our rights
We reserve the right to:

Modify or withdraw temporarily or permanently, this
Website (or any part of it).

Change the “Terms and Conditions” from time to time,
and your continued use of the Website following such change shall be deemed to
be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly
to determine whether the T’s and C’s have been changed.

To refuse an order in which case, any cleared funds
would be returned.
8. Returns Policy
8.1 Items are returnable for exchange, or refund of the
amount paid IF they have not been used.
8.2
8.3 All returns must be initiated within 14 days of
purchase, you must give
written notice to the Supplier by hand, post, fax or email, giving details of
the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone
is not sufficient.
8.5 Except in the case of
faulty or misdescribed goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after
the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the
goods to the Supplier at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the
address shown within the Contact section of the website. You must take
reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in
transit.
8.6 In the case of faulty or
misdescribed goods we shall, after receiving notification, we will ask you to
return the goods yourself and refund you the reasonable postage costs.
8.7 For your health and safety, goods should not be
used. Those in their original sealed package and show no sign of use whatsoever
may be returnable. The company staff makes determination of use ONLY.
8.8 If you
return goods that are used, washed or damaged in any way you will be charged
for the packing and shipping costs of returning the goods to you. After 14 days
refund or exchange is entirely at our discretion. A restocking charge of 15%
may be made if goods are accepted back on to stock.
